Deposit
NETeller may be used by customers living in all countries except USA, Turkey, Israel, Hong Kong, Macau and Canada. You may make deposits in GBP or EUR but if you use a different currency to these, NETeller offer a foreign exchange conversion option. Please note that you will still need to open a McBookie account in either GBP or EUR.
NETeller (1-Pay) is specifically for the use of customers located in China. Once you have registered and made a deposit through NETeller (1-Pay), customers can instantly fund their NETeller (1-Pay) account using a local Chinese debit card.
We currently do not charge for this method of deposit. These deposits are instant.
The minimum deposit to your account through NETeller is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum daily deposit to your account through NETeller is 5000 units of whichever currency you choose.

If you do not already have a NETeller (1-Pay) account you may open one by visiting www.1-pay.com
Once you have a NETeller account containing funds:
- Log on to your McBookie account and click the DEPOSIT button on the My Account Menu.
- Select NETeller in the drop down box in Payment Method Registration. Enter your NETeller ID and Secure ID and then enter the amount that you wish to deposit from your NETeller account.
- Confirm your password and then click Add NETeller Details.
- Your NETeller account is then registered with McBookie.
Withdrawal
All customers who have used their NETeller account to deposit to their McBookie account will have their winnings returned to their NETeller account.
Customers are allowed one free NETeller refund per 30 day period from the date of their first NETeller payment. There will be a charge of £10 or currency equivalent per additional withdrawl in that period.
The minimum withdrawl is £5/€5 or currency equivalent.
The maximum daily withdrawl is 5000 units of whichever currency you use.
Withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours of making the request.
Authorisation Procedure
In some circumstances we may ask you to complete our authorisation procedure before any payment is made to you.
If this request is made we will request that you provide the following to us:
1. Proof of Identity - We will request a copy of your driving licence or passport.
2. Proof of Address – We will request a copy of official documentation such as a utility bill, bank statement or similar.
3. Debit/Credit Card – We will request a copy of both sides of the debit/credit card that is registered to the appropriate account. This must show your signature on the card.
